01Information we collect
We don't collect any personal information. StreakyPeaky has no sign-up, no account, no name or email field, and no location access. The habits you create, the days you mark, and your streak counts are generated by you and stay on your device — nothing is sent to us, because we have nowhere to send it.
02How we use information
Since nothing is collected, nothing is analyzed, profiled, or sold. Every feature — tracking, streak calculation, and insights — runs entirely on your device using the data already stored there.
03Data storage
Your habits, streak history, and settings are stored locally on your phone or tablet only. There's no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server that StreakyPeaky talks to in the background.
04Third-party services
StreakyPeaky doesn't embed third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs of any kind. What happens in the app stays in the app.
05Data security
Because your information never leaves your device, there's no transmission to intercept and no external account to compromise. Your device's own security (passcode, encryption) protects your data the same way it protects everything else on your phone.
06Children's privacy
StreakyPeaky does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection takes place at all, the app is compliant with COPPA by design.
07Your control
You're always in full control of your data. There's no account to delete because none exists — uninstalling the app removes every habit, streak, and setting with it. There are no backups on our end to worry about.
08Changes to this policy
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect new features or clearer wording. Any change will be posted here with a new effective date.
